After completion of PICU fellwoship at Rady Children's Hospital, I joined the PICU group at Miller Children's&Women's Hospital of Long Beach. I later completed a HealthCare MBA program at UC Irvine.
During my professional career, I have focused on quality improvement and patient safety, implementation of Best-Practice guidelines, program build-up and growth, regional market analysis and outreach program. I have had success as a team-leader in building unified team with achievable team goals and inspiring each individual to overcome challenges.
