Brandon Frady, DNP, ACNP-BC, CCRN-CMC, Critical Care Nurse Practitioner for Northside Hospital, Inc. , obtained a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in nursing from the University of Alabama Birmingham, specializing in critical care. With over twenty years of critical care experience, he practices as a critical care nurse practitioner at Northside Hospital and a clinical assistant professor at Georgia Baptist College of Nursing. His research interests are optimizing in-hospital cardiac arrest, team dynamics in high-stakes situations, and maternal resuscitation. At Northside Hospital, he has developed clinical programs, including the Intensivist Response Program and the Critical Care Affiliated Professions Program. He currently participates with the resuscitation committee and critical care committee to improve protocols and patient outcomes in critical care units. He developed maternal resuscitation team simulations for the resuscitation committee and participated in maternal quality improvement initiatives related to resuscitation events.
