Patrick Tednes, PharmD, BCCCP is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences at Roosevelt University College of Science, Health, and Pharmacy and a Clinical Pharmacist (Internal Medicine) at Rush University Medical Center. He completed both his PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at Loyola University Medical Center (LUMC) in Maywood, IL. He completed his doctoral education at Roosevelt University College of Pharmacy in Schaumburg, IL. LUMC is a high acuity hospital with a level 1 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, burn center, and is one of the region’s largest transplant centers. His research and practice interests include status epilepticus, seizures, sepsis/septic shock, and alcohol withdrawal. He is an active member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
