Dr. Nitin K. Puri, MD is the Director for the Center of Critical Care Medicine as well as the Division Head for Critical Care Medicine at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ, the largest Critical Care program in Southern New Jersey. The Center for Critical Care Services includes the University Hospital and six community sites. He created and established both the comprehensive ultrasound and mechanical circulatory support program at Cooper University Hospital. He is the author of over 50 articles and invited book chapters with a focus on ultrasound, medical education and mechanical circulatory support. Dr. Puri serves as Associate Professor of Medicine at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU).
