Jessica Christiano, MD is a third year Pediatric Critical Care Fellow at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. Her career goal is to become a leader in patient safety and improve outcomes by narrowing pediatric critical care medicine's evidence-based practice-to-implementation gap. In particular, she hopes to define practices for prevention, early recognition, and mitigation of acute kidney injury and positive fluid balance. Her fellow clinical research investigates electrolytes in intravenous fluids and positive fluid balance in critically ill children.
