Jessica Crow is a clinical pharmacy specialist in critical care and nutrition support and has practiced in the cardiovascular surgical intensive care unit at The Johns Hopkins Hospital for the past twelve years. She also practices as a Clinical Review Specialist for Research Point Global, a contract research organization. She holds four board certifications in critical care, pharmacotherapy, cardiology, and nutrition support. Dr. Crow has also been inducted as a fellow in the American College of Critical Care Medicine, serves as the secretary for SCCM Baltimore Chapter, and is an active member of the SCCM Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacy section. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and PGY-2 critical care pharmacy residency at Detroit Receiving Hospital, and is currently completing a master’s degree in public health at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Crow’s passion is to improve patient outcomes through interdisciplinary creation of best practice policies and protocols that can be applied broadly, and she has received several awards for her work in pharmacy practice including the Maryland Society of Health-System Pharmacy Excellence Award, Preceptor of the Year Award, ASPEN Clinical Nutrition Team of Distinction Award, and the Johns Hopkins Safety Star Award for Medication Safety.
