A variety of life-threatening conditions involve the skin. This session will review the clinical presentation, management, and outcomes of a variety of extreme skin conditions that are commonly encountered in the ICU, including necrotizing skin and soft tissue infections, exfoliating skin conditions such as toxic epidermal necrolysis, and a variety of drug-related eruptions, including angioedema.
