Roberta Hales is the Simulation Center and Research Program Manager of the Center for Simulation, Advanced Education, and Innovation. She completed her Master of Healthcare Administration with a minor in Training and Organizational Development at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She is the current President of the International Pediatric Simulation Society and has served in numerous appointments in the society.
Robbie is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator and Master Trainer for TeamSTEPPS. Additionally, she serves as a key instructor and committee member/planner for the Philadelphia Simulation Instructor Workshop and the Philadelphia Area Simulation Consortium (PASC). Moreover, she served for 7 years as an adjunct associate professor and curriculum developer for Drexel University Graduate of Professional Studies, Master of Healthcare and Medical Simulation Program. Most recently (January 2022), Robbie received the Society of Simulation in Healthcare- Simulation Director of the year award.
