Randeep S. Jawa, MD, FCCM, FACS is a Professor of Clinical Surgery in the Division of Trauma, Surgical Critical Care, and Emergency Surgery at the Stony Brook University Renaissance School of Medicine. He is also a Deputy Chief Medical Information Officer at StonyBrook Medicine. He is a member of multiple national and international societies/committees on critical care, trauma, global health, and surgery. He is actively engaged in education and research. In this regard, he has published widely on basic science and clinical topics.
