Daniel Torres Arias, MD. PCCM Fellow, Nicklaus Children's Hospital, Miami, Fl.
Dr. Torres was born in San Salvador, El Salvador, where he obtained his medical degree from Universidad Nacional de El Salvador.
He completed a Pediatric Residency in his home country at Hospital Nacional de Niños Benjamin Bloom. After completing his training, he worked for a year in the most underserved areas of El Salvador.
In 2020 Dr. Torres completed a second pediatric residency at Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami, Florida. Dr. Torres is currently in his second-year PCCM fellowship at the same institution.
Dr. Torres continues to advance his studies and has participated in several research projects in El Salvador and the U.S.
