My name is Michele E. Smith, MD, and I am a third year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Fellow at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital / Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York City. I will be joining the faculty of the Pediatric Critical Care Division at the University of Rochester Medical Center this summer. I hope to continue work examining noninvasive ventilation in the pediatric intensive care unit population.
