Lauren Stippich is a third-year medical student at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin who will be pursuing a career in ob-gyn. Her experience in quality improvement began before medical school, working as a health unit coordinator, where she contributed to numerous nursing improvement projects. She is grateful to Dr. Paul Bergl for mentoring this project and hopes it helps contribute to how we take care of critically-ill patients.
