Eric Rosenthal, MD is the director of the Massachusetts General Hospital Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit and assistant professor at Harvard Medical School. Trained in Neurocritical Care, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Epilepsy, he oversees a federally funded MGH ICU Precision Medicine laboratory with 3 pillars: discovery and validation of brain monitoring biomarkers, developing systems for multi-center critical care informatics, and design and execution of clinical trials guided by brain monitoring. To accomplish this, he has worked within both critical care trial networks and worked with colleagues to develop a critical care data science consortium.
