Molly E. Droege, PharmD, BCPS
Molly Droege is a clinical pharmacy specialist in surgery, orthopedics, and trauma at UC Health – University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC). She graduated from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy and completed her PGY1 and PGY2 critical care residency training at UCMC. She serves as the assistant program director for the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program at UCMC, which trains seven pharmacy residents per year. Dr. Droege is actively involved in clinical pharmacy, education, and research. She peer reviews manuscripts for several journals and has published over 50 peer-reviewed research abstracts, manuscripts, review papers, and book chapters that primarily focus on pharmacokinetics optimization and outcomes in trauma patients with a focus on chemoprophylaxis. She has served as principal or co-investigator on several investigator-initiated studies with funding over $2 million. She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and is an adjunct associate professor of pharmacy practice at the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy.
