Holly Lanham, PharmD is a current PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident at Duke University Hospital. She is originally from St. Charles, Missouri, received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from DePauw University, and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy. Upon completion of her PGY2 Pharmacy Residency, Dr. Lanham plans to earn specialty board certification and practice as a critical care clinical pharmacist at an academic medical center where she can maintain teaching and precepting responsibilities.
