Dr. Dugar, completed his Critical Care Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic foundation in Critical Care Medicine with an emphasis on Critical Care Ultrasonography and hemodynamics management of critically ill patient. He is currently an attending physician and faculty at Cleveland Clinic in Medical Liver Intensive Care Unit (MILU), and Director of Point of Care Ultrasound program for Respiratory Institute.


Dr. Dugar, also have interest in research, currently undertaking Masters in Clinical Research at Case Western. He has published over 40 manuscripts and multiple book chapters in field of critical care. His current research focuses on cardiac dysfunction in sepsis and septic shock and interventions to improve quality of POCUS being performed in critically ill patients.
