He received his Bachelors of Science in Biology at Utah Valley University. He attended medical school at St George's University School of Medicine in Grenada. He completed his pediatric residency and chief residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University. During his fellowship, he has focused on medical education, Neurocritical Care, and Point of Care Ultrasound. After fellowship will be completing a pediatric neurocritical care fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center
