Regina Golding is an undergraduate student researcher in the Al-Subu lab at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has been a student researcher for four years, and started by studying the long-term effects of hyperoxia to the right ventricle in a rat model. Regina has since pivotted to understanding pro- and anti- inflammatory markers during pediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome. Currently, Regina is completing her biochemistry degree and will attend medical school in fall of 2022. In her free time, Regina enjoys skiing and swimming.
