I completed Emergency Medicine Residency at Vanderbilt Universtiy Medical Center and had the opportunity to stay at Vanderbilt for my fellowship. Through mentorship during fellowship years, I developed an interest in clinical research relevant to both fields of practice. My research focuses on understanding the relationship of key hemodynamic parameters and the assessment of volume status through noninvasive monitoring of venous harmonics which will allow for volume status monitoring, volume responsiveness monitoring, heart failure monitoring, shock monitoring and hemorrhage monitoring.
