Priyanka Mehrotra, M.D., M.P.H., is a third year PICU fellow at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. In addition to being a full time intensivist, one of her main career aspirations is to continue Bioethics research. She is specifically interested in establishing standards of care and determining the physician and parental barriers to the shared decision-making process around pivotal decisions made in the ICU, such as tracheostomy, total parenteral nutritional dependence, and palliative procedures for single ventricle.
