Pamela Crabtree RN BSN CPHQ is a Quality Improvement Outcomes Manager II for Cooper University Hospital in Camden NJ. . She is responsible for hospital-wide sepsis clinical performance initiatives and data analytics. During her 25 years in nursing, she has been a healthcare leader in a variety of settings, utilization review, critical care quality improvement, and research, long-term care director, and quality and patient safety manager. She received her Diploma in Nursing from Helene Fuld School of Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. She has lectured locally and state level on sepsis and authored or co-authored multiple sepsis research submissions. She has obtained multiple certifications including Certified Professional in Healthcare and Quality, Lean Six Sigma, Institute of Healthcare Improvement in Quality and Safety, and Citi Program Research Investors on Human Subjects to augment her roles in Quality. Pam is a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine Surviving Sepsis Campaign East Coast Collaborative, NJ Hospital Association(NJHA) Surviving Sepsis Campaign- Sepsis Action Collaborative, and NJHA Pediatric Sepsis Collaborative. Pam continues to stress the importance of establishing the development of the sepsis care process to improve care, outcomes, and awareness of our patients of all ages.
