As a pharmacist in a regional medical center within the Yale New Haven Health System, we have a dynamic team of pharmacist to combat the everchanging management of COVID-19. I embrace the challenges working in a medical/surgical ICU, and am lucky to work with an amazing team of internal medical residents and intensivists. I strive to provide our patients with the best cost effective and evidence based care, and look for ways to optimize drug management during shortages, staff shortages, and surges.
