Elisha Yin, MPAS, PA-C practices in the Cleveland Clinic Medical ICUs and serves as Manager for the department's Advanced Practice Provider team. Ms. Yin began her career at the Cleveland Clinic in 2013, originally in Bone Marrow Transplant prior to transitioning to Critical Care Medicine in 2015. Her clinical interests include end-of-life discussions, multidisciplinary care and communication, hemodynamic measures, and sepsis outcomes. Ms. Yin is a Member-at-Large in the Ohio Chapter of SCCM with involvement in the Education Committee. She remains active with her alma mater, Saint Francis University, of which she is on the Alumni Association Board of Directors, serving as Chair of the Admissions Committee. As a guest lecturer, she has taught at Case Western Reserve University's Physician Assistant Program. Ms. Yin is grateful for this opportunity to share the need for increased communication and collaboration between oncology and critical care teams to best serve this unique patient population.
