Carmen Diaz is a fifth year PhD student in Northwestern University's Kellogg School’s Management and Organizations program, with an interest in team learning, communication, and wellbeing in high-reliability organizations. Prior to starting her PhD, Carmen worked as a senior research assistant at the Brookings Institution’s Center for Health Policy. She also led clinical design interventions as a member of the Johns Hopkins Sibley Innovation Hub and consulted with Sen Sound, LLC, on the sonic experience in hospitals.
