Dr. Marc Dadios, MD is currently working as a part-time pediatric intensivist at Providence Cedar Sinai in Tarzana, CA and as a per diem pediatric intensivist at CHOC Children's hospital in Orange, CA.
Marc completed his pediatric residency program at UC Irvine/CHOC Children's hospital in 2018 and became a board-certified pediatrician in 2019. Marc recently graduated from the pediatric critical care fellowship at Harbor-UCLA and CHOC Children’s in June 2021.
Marc developed a strong passion for pediatric medicine, medical education, critical care medicine, and pediatric palliative care medicine. During his training at the UCI/CHOC Children’s Pediatric Residency program, he was awarded the resident of the year award for three consecutive years due to his ability to effectively collaborate on a multidisciplinary team and for his dedicated service to his patients and colleagues.
Specifically, Marc's long-term career goal as a pediatric intensivist is to become proficient at leading acute palliative care discussions in a pediatric critical care setting. His vision is to provide compassionate yet direct support for patients and their families during extreme periods of stress in the PICU at the end of a child's life, at the beginning of an acute life-threatening illness, or discovery of a life-altering chronic condition. To this end, he is currently participating in the 2022 Harvard Palliatve care education program (PCEP) program.
Outside of work Marc loves drinking boba milk tea, running, playing board games and video games, and enjoys making silly jokes to make his wife laugh.
