Rustin Meister is a third year Pediatric Critical Care Fellow at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. His career goal is to be a pediatric critical care physician and impact the world of critical care through medical education. His research has been on resident autonomy and more recently Team Reflection, an adaptation strategy that captures a team’s capacity to consciously reflect on their objectives and strategies to adapt to dynamic circumstances. He plans to use his exploration of Team Reflection, its benefits of increased team learning and team perfomance, and build it into curriculum development for trainees in the future.
