Dr. Rajshri Joshi, D.O., is an internal medicine resident at the Cleveland Clinic Akron General. In 2021, Dr. Joshi received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine (OU-HCOM), USA. She has previously worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at The Johns Hopkins University, USA. Dr. Joshi has received her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from the University of Delhi, India. She has also obtained advanced degrees, Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), from the University of Delhi, India, and National Institute of Genetics, Japan respectively. She is an active member of the American College of Physicians and has published and presented research in various conferences globally. Dr. Joshi has also received career recognitions and awards during her academic career. This includes the prestigious Emily E. Pogorelac Student Advocate Award, by the CAOM (Cleveland Academy of Osteopathic Medicine) and the DOC (Distinguished Osteopathic Commitment) Award by the OU-HCOM which aims to increase osteopathic awareness in the community to promote health. Dr. Joshi is also passionate about education and is co-founder of The Careerpedia, a nonprofit organization dedicated to STEM careers and has an active channel. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include traveling, gardening, cooking, and hiking.
