Clinician safety and adequacy of personal protective equipment, communication challenges, and hospital/system-level process modifications have left permanent changes after the COVID-19 pandemic. Fostering continued vigilance of team performance, measuring system latent threats, and data vigilance are challenging. Speakers discuss methods to maintain the resuscitation team and system excellence.
